Refund Policy
The short version: purchases in Voidfield are final and are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where something went wrong on our side. You can cancel Fleet Premium at any time, and it simply stops renewing.
1. Ships, crew and other one-time purchases
Premium ships, premium crew and other Virtual Items are delivered to your account right after payment, so all sales are final and non-refundable, except as described below or where required by law.
2. Fleet Premium subscription
- Fleet Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in the Shop with Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges, and Premium stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
- We don't give refunds or partial refunds for the current month or for unused time, except where required by law.
3. When we will make it right
- Didn't receive your item? If you paid but the item didn't appear in your account, email support@voidfieldgame.com within 30 days with your callsign and the purchase date. We'll deliver it or refund you.
- Charged twice or charged in error? Contact us and we'll refund the duplicate or mistaken charge.
- Didn't authorize the charge? Contact us right away so we can investigate and secure your account.
4. Where the law gives you more rights
Some places give consumers rights that a store policy can't remove, such as refunds for faulty digital content. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. For players in the EU or UK: by completing a purchase, you ask us to deliver digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to withdraw once it's delivered.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We're usually able to fix problems quickly. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed, and items from a reversed payment may be removed.
